Refunds & Cancelation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we do our best to be flexible. Please review the following policies for refunds, credits, and cancellations.

Refunds and credits for multi-week pottery classes are available on the following schedule:

• More than 1 month before class start: 75% refund or full credit toward a future session
• 2–4 weeks before class start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session
• Within 2 weeks of class start and through the first class: 25% refund or full credit toward a future session (as long as class still runs)*
• After the second class: No refunds or credits

All refunds are subject to a short processing period and will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

*We’re happy to offer full studio credit instead of a refund at any point before or during the first class as long as the class still has enough people to run. If your cancelation causes the course to not have enough people to run, no cancelation or refund will be offered.

Exceptions may be made at the manager’s discretion in the case of illness, emergencies, or special circumstances.

If the studio cancels a class for any reason, students will receive a full refund or full credit—their choice.

• More than 1 week before the workshop:
  Cancel at least 7 days before the start time for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee, or request full studio credit.
• Within 1 week of the workshop:
  If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, you are still eligible for a refund (minus a $10 processing fee) or full studio credit, provided the class still runs (i.e., your cancellation does not cause the workshop to be canceled).
• Within 48 hours of the workshop:
  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable. You may request credit for a future workshop at the studio’s discretion.
• No-shows:
  No refunds or credits for no-shows.
• Studio cancellations:
  If the studio cancels a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or full credit.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
• Missed classes are not refundable. Make-ups are offered only when explicitly noted in the class description.
• Due to the nature of ceramics, damage during firing is not a reason for a class refund.
• All refund and credit decisions are made at the discretion of studio management.
• Refund and cancelation policy subject to change without notice.
