Beginner 8-week Potter’s Wheel Class

This class will meet every Tuesday evening from 6pm – 9pm.

Have you always wanted to learn how to use the potter’s wheel to make your own mugs, cups, or bowls?

This fun class will help you tap into your creativity while learning the basic skills of throwing clay on the potter’s wheel.

From throwing shapes to finishing your pots with ceramic glazes, this class will help you develop the skills needed to form and finish your own pottery.

$280   

25 lbs. of cone 6 clay & bisque firing costs are included.

There is an additional small fee for glaze firing based on the size of your pieces, each piece you make must have a ticket to get glaze fired.

During the 2 months of your class, you may practice in the studio only when there are no other classes in session.

PLEASE:

Remember to clean up well after yourself and be respectful with studio equipment.

Clay and Glaze are comprised of mostly silica.

Breathing in fine particulate glass is not good for your health, keeping our studio clean is to the health and safety of everyone.
